Achanta Sarath Kamal win triple crowns in Table Tennis

Siliguri: Commonwealth gold medalist Achanta Sarath Kamal claimed the spotlight by winning triple crowns at the 69th senior National Table Tennis championship on 2nd February 2008.

Sharath Kamal extended his reign on top by another season. He defeated Sourav Chakraborty to retain the men’s singles title on the concluding day of the National Table Tennis championship.

Sharath Kamal also won the men’s doubles crown partnering Subhajit Saha before teaming up with Poulomi to win the mixed doubles title.
